Workout:-zumba,hiphop, trainer(upperbody,abs)

SIMPLE & FIT Turkey Bacon Omelette w/Fresh Fruit 420/ 36
Lunch- 1/2c-Quinoa w/veggie n shrimp 200/ 23
Snack- Atkins Shake w/1tsp PB 180/ 23
Dinner - Tilapia,Yam, Veggies 210/ 22
Total Calories: 1010 Total Protein: 104

Workout-Couch to 5k Wk3D3; 20 mins eliptical
