Weekend Workouts

just b/c its the weekend doesn't mean no workout for me-

Friday@24 hr fitness( Nike Training Club 1 hr.
Saturday-(9:30 Zumba,11:30 HipHop & 30 mins w/ my trainer Abs n Upper body 2.5 hrs)--date w/ my hubby :) the best part.
Sunday- Body Pump weight training & hit the steam room -1 hr
