My 3rd 4th and 5th day in Boot Camp

I am happy now that I have my computer up and working for some reason I can not log in to Spark to record what I surely did..even though I con not log in I did not let it get to me and continued my routine...on my third day I just made my own 10 mins of some typr of deep strength work out.. I did the wall push ups wide and normal.. and of course my 30 mins of cardio then on the 4th day I did some crunches and planks for 10 mins followed by my cardio.. on my 5th day which was today i did the workout that was asigned followed by some wii fit plus cardio...mind you that on last three days I had my pedometer and each day read 11000 to 13000 know I feel a little sore but energy is starting to boom on out of me.. a sense of accomoplishment too!!! I CAN DO IT!!!!! Whoo Hooo!!!!! see ya tomorrow
