Challenge Progress Pictures ;)

Hi everyone. The following pictures are first when I started cleaning up my act in the end February, second is beginning of 28 day Challenge April 26th and May 3rd.

I have been on a roll for two months and joined the 28 day challenge with other Sparkers so this is to keep up with my progress pictures.

I still see very little change in the front!!! I do see change from rear!!! I am just starting to lift heavier and do more steady cardio. So this all happened with nutrition and 3 days a week of circuit training.
