I've been thinking about goals recently.
And I've realized something.. I need to have a less nebulous goal than just "lose weight" or "be healthier".
Don't get me wrong, I think those are great goals. But what do they really mean?
Well, each of those goals can be broken down into a bunch of littler goals. "lose 10 pounds", "track everything I eat" "go for a walk every day".. things like that. Things that don't seem so far away right now.
so that's what I'm going to do. Instead of looking at this whole journey as a whole, I plan on tackling it as its smaller, more immediate parts. And i think that will help me stay motivated niresi than just focusing on the over all goals.
