Moving right along

I have had a pretty good week this week. I haven't been on the scale yet, but it should be down (at least some). I am certainly feeling better. I had a little bit of a hiccup the end of last week where I just lost all motivation and wanted nothing more than to raid the fridge for all the nasty, greasy foods I could find. I didn't have the will power to stop the binge, but I did manage to stave it off before it became a full-blown problem. The lack of motivation lingered though the weekend and into the early week, but I got my head straigtened out and back in the right place. I have done pretty well the remainder of the week.

    congrats on recognizing your binge and trying to control it. That is the first thing we need to do to find our issues and fix them. You're doing great!
