Lunch- 3 oz Stuffed Salmon, 1/2 c Green Beans, 1 baby red potato--310/30
Snack-1 c- Grilled Chicken Breast w/ orange sauce--135/21
Dinner- 3oz Grilled Chicken Breast in my Salad--250/22
Snack- 1/2 c- Mixed Berries w/ Almonds &1/2 c turkey Breast--200/17

Average Calories:1080
Average Protein: 103
Workout: @3pm Boxing & Hiit training w/ staff @6 pm Zumba.
