I am feeling proud of sticking to working out every other night. Food had been hit or miss due to lack of planning, sleep and facebook getting in the way. But I will get there one step and weight at a time. This week I planned out my meals before hitting the store so I get a big :) for that. Plus I made sure each dinner had a veggie in it for my son who is on veggie strike. I want to buy new shorts next month so bad. I hated the ones I wore after having my first son and I don't want to wear them again. So here's to not being that size :)
