I sure had to eat a lot to stay THIS fat!

Today I ate a meal I used to eat when I felt ill or emotional. It's ramen noodles+cheese+tuna+peas. I haven't eaten this for a very long time. Today I felt ill,and ate it (I know it doesn't make sense...). This time I measured. I was stunned. It was 1367 calories! I sure had to eat a lot of food to stay this fat! I can't believe how much I used to eat, and how badly I ate. I ate too much fast food, fried food, sweet and salty foods,processed foods and not nearly enought fruits and vegetables! I used to fool myself into thinking I ate healthy because I ate brown rice, black beans and broccolli pretty often. I ignored all the bad stuff and the crazy size portions. No more denial. Measuring and logging have made me an honest woman!
