Keep on moving

I went to a concert on Friday night and fell madly in love with the music (and the lead singer...he was so hot) they were playing. I've been playing the songs nonstop ever since. The good news about my obsession is that it's making me "chair dance" at work. I'm not logging this as fitness minutes (cause it's not) but I think it's good that in my sedentary job that I'm constantly moving even while I'm sitting down. I wish I could get up and dance around but then I really wouldn't get any work done and I would probably get some strange looks from my boss and other co-workers.

    Very, very cute but very smart thinking too! I am constantly in motion somehow these days! My hubby asked this morning "What's going on?" on the way to the airport cuz I was jiggly my feet which was making the car feel like it was running rough ... Made me laugh out loud! Anything that gets that heart rate up is a GOOD thing! emoticon
