Since I started weight lifting my weight loss has stalled (school has killed my diet as well but thats a different subject). So I am changing it up some.
Gonna cut back on the weights - go to a low weight, high rep, little recovery time program to burn calories without adding bulk, Also trying a new class at the gym tonight.
H.I.I.T. class (high intensity interval training) is suppose to be a real workout, I'll let you all know how it goes.
