3rd week of Brazil Butt Lift Workout

I'm starting the 3rd week of Brazil Butt Lift workout. So far I have lost 6 lbs since I started. According to my body fat % scale, I have lost 2% body fat. I feel leaner. I have never felt my lower region in such good shape before. I am a pear shape person and I feel like this is the best workout for my shape I could possibly get. Once I get my body shaped more portioned, I think I will start the Chalean Extreme workout. I love to lift weights. But, I am so happy that I have the Brazil Butt Lift because I have never gotten the results in my hips like this before. I get tons of comments from my co-workers about how great I am looking. My husband has really noticed as well. He loves it. I love it too. I have two more weeks on the pear solution program. There is other solutions as well depending on the shape of your bum bum. I might do the classic solution before trying the Chalean. Wish me luck.

    Congrats on starting Wk #3 of Brazil Butt Lift. I love this workout and have been doing it since August....with a few other Beachbody and Zumba workouts thrown in. I love the results from doing this workout. Keep up the good work....Leandro makes working out fun!!
