Ok so today, I talked to my Health Coach Roger for the first time!
My work offers many ways to make healthy lifestyle changes and in fact encourages it by offering us $25.00 toward our medical insurance each month if we earn 100 points per quarter. So I'm in!!!! What the heck right?
Roger set a few small goals for me until our next conversation on June 7.
I will be switching from my regular cocktails (vodka and cranberry) during the week to a glass of wine (which is a very big step for me) I can treat myself to a few cocktails one night of the weekend.
I will add a fiber snack to one of my snacks each day.
I will try.... to eat something within 30 minutes of waking up each morning, if I can't eat anything I will have an 8 oz glass of water or decaf tea.
I will and this is going to be the biggest challenge for me (I hate exercise) get 30 minutes 4 -5 days a week Roger says 5 I say I'll try to do 4.
I'm really excited, I hope this is what I need to finally make the changes in my life that I need to reach my goals.
