My husband is so sweet... when we first moved in together, he found this recipe for mens health that was flank steak and canneloni beans... it was my favorite meal! We haven't had it in a couple years and then when I remembered it, we couldn't find the magazine.

While I was at the gym tonight Dan found a recipe for it and made it for me. It is grilled sirloin, mashed canneloni beans topped with red onions carmerlized in balsamic vinegar and green beans! Delicious and only 520 calories, 13g of fat and 54g of protein total! So yummy! I might make him the full time chef around here!
