Walk/Jog Program Postponed

Life and weather have interfered with my Walk/Jog program, so I have decided to postpone it. I have it scheduled to start over in two weeks. I'm still doing the Spring Bootcamp, but have had to double up on some days to do all the workouts for the week. Some of the workouts are really hard, but I know if I keep them up, they will get easier.

At my weigh in on Sunday, I lost 2.3 lbs, but I know most of that weight was hair. I got my hair cut on Saturday and boy was that a lot of hair! Still it was a good weigh in and I hope to lose at least 1 lb a week. I am following Fat 2 Fit Radio's suggestion of eating maintenance calories for my goal weight. If the weight doesn't come off at the rate of 1 lb per week, I might tweak the calories again.

I haven't been very good about working out in the mornings which is the reason I've had to double up on some days. I just can't seem to get my sleep schedule back to what it was. I'm going to try to get up early on the weekend and hope that helps.

    Looks like you're doing a great job. I agree with you about the Spring Bootcamp exercises, but I'm not finding they're getting easier!

    Also, I noticed your reference to Fat2Fit Radio and checked it out. Don't know where you came across it, but it's great. Thanks!
