getting past dinner time

OK so I just went to a meeting at work and was determined NOT to have the sugar cookies that were served. FAIL. I had 3, then returned to find candy in my mailbox (darn you teacher appreciation week!). Anywho, way overdid my calories for this time of day - usually I eat about half my calories at work and half at home afterward. I am posting this here to see if it has any impact on my ability to stay accountable for the rest of the day.
Interestingly, my kids and I had a conversation yesterday about logging my food. "Do you really put in EVERYTHING?"
I have been lately, and it has really helped. If I don't log, I give myself license to binge. Hoping I don't blow it tonight!
