Day 3

Got up to walk again this morning..I'm on a 3 day streak. It's great to get the cardio out of the way before the day even starts. I've also been doing the Boot Camp videos and am finding them a lot more challenging than I have in previous challenges..guess I'm pretty out of shape. Now I just have to be a better about what I'm eating and I think I can rock this challenge. I've been tracking every bite and staying within range (barely) but I could be making better choices.
