First Day

Today went well for me. I used the my Nutrition to plan my meals. I looked to see what kinds of food I had and checked the menu to see if I can change out foods. It was easy and workable. I felt that I ate a lot of food. Maybe I was starving myself. I love the support that everyone offers. I feel that I found the right place to help me with my goals. emoticon
