Weekend re-cap

I really do need to get better at this blogging thing... and at updating my spark page. I've been saying I am going to do it, but never do. Everything else seems more important or I don't feel like doing anything but relaxing...

This weekend went really well. Oddly (and I'm not complaining) I wasn't really hungry. I ate pretty much one meal. I guess you could say it was brunch because I slept in both days. Other than that meal, I may have munched on a few things but I was not in the mood to eat at all. Very odd for me, but I'm defintely not going to complain.

My husband and I worked on the house more this weekend. We have moved to the outside now and are working on the landscaping. We cut down these horrible ugly bushes and then pulled the roots out. Now we are going to be re-designing it since we have to make a new walkway anyway.

Sunday we didn't really do much. Visited the in-laws and watched movies. Sunday was definitely my relaxing day. Even though I relaxed all day yesterday I am incredibly tired today. Stayed up to watch the President's speech.

I am thinking about starting to add more weight lifting into my routine. I have dumbells and elastic bands at home, but I never really use them. Usually I do an hour of cardio Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday and then go home and Monday and Wednedsay its 45 minutes of the class which is cardio and then 15 minutes of using weights and the big ball. I just have to figure out when I can use it. I know it doesn't take long to do a few exercises, but i'm always so exhausted after work and then the gym and then I come hom and have to cook dinner and do all of that. I just feel like sitting down and relaxing after that. But I definitely think I have to start doing more weights more than 2 times a week. I guess I can add that to my list of goals.

I wish I had nap time at work... I could really use it today. Well I am going to relax for the last 1/2 hour of my lunch... I will try to blog and update my page sometime soon!
