Weekly Goal. Wk 1

I decided I need to post on here to hold myself accountable and help with my focus.
This week's goals:
~Drink 10-12 glasses of water/day
~log and actually perform 500 weekly fitness minutes. Both at home/work. Random acts of fitness really add up!
~ watch calories, sugar and portion control
Not only is my health crucial for myself, my husband and I are trying to get pregnant and healthy habits are needed NOW!
