I took most of last week to do a "pause/reset" for the plan, and to take the time to battle a pretty nasty cold. It's still hanging on and I have a pretty nagging cough/nasal thing going on, but it has lessened a little. Unfortunately it's affecting my breathing a bit (deep breaths cause coughing fits), but I think it's behind me now.
My diet over the past week has really been a "no denial" diet - mainly NOT denying myself anything I wanted, but in some form of moderation. Technically I've been "OFF" the Slow Carb Diet (SCD) for the last week, but aside from a little excess weight, not big deal.
According to trying out my new body fat calipers, I'm at 18.97% body fat as of yesterday evening. Body weight was 231, dropped to 229 when I weighed myself upon waking.
