Weekend recap and May Goals

I have really exercised this weekend without really trying. Friday, we played softball double header - finally - it's rained us out the previous two weeks. It's so nice to see the gang again as winter seems to be way too long when you get used to seeing everyone at least once a week.
Saturday night was my daughter's Junior Prom. I was in charge of coordinating everything, so I was busy busy busy on my feet most of the evening. I also danced a couple of dances (at my daughter's request).
Yesterday was March for Babies 5K. The weather wasn't very nice. It started raining a little after we got started and then slowly got worse and worse. It's all for a good cause, though.

Now, for my May goals, I really need to focus more on my diet and less on exercise. By no means am I going to quit exercise - just not obsess so much about it.
Consume at least 3 servings of fruit each day
Consume at least 3 servings of vegetables each day
Drink minimum of 64 oz of water each day
Limit sugar to a treat of once time per week
Avoid saturated fats
Concentrate on healthy food choices
Take supplement daily
