Gah! It gets worse

I am up another 4 pounds this week. This new job is really packing on the pounds. They like to feed us. I enjoy the food when it is there, but I really need to back away from the snack table. I haven't been journaling my food and it shows. I haven't been on the treadmill, and it shows. Time to get serious.



I mean it.

    Workplace food temptations are so difficult...I also tend to use food as a way to cope with stress, and there's plenty of stress at work!! Just keep working to get back on that treadmill, you know it'll become a habit again...you can do this!

    Fight, I know you have it in you. Water, water, water it will make you feel full, to help you stay away from the snack table.
