Yes, weeks ago I did say that I'd post a blog the next day; didn't happen!

It's been a combination of some health issues, my own and family members, (nothing life threatening, but irritating and attention consuming, nonetheless), and a myriad of tasks that seem to pop up one after another, sucking up any free energy and time. (deadlines for tax prep, a refinance, work on two websites)

Even as I write, in my own mind's ear I hear, "blah, blah, blah…"

Right after Christmas we had several snowstorms and there were several weeks at a time when I couldn't leave the house at all, unless I just wanted to go up and down my own block.

During that time, I began feeling extremely fatigued and having symptoms which made me think that I might be coming down with something, but never really resolved into anything particular, but didn't go away either.

When the weather got better, I thought that my energy would pick up and I'd start feeling better, but that didn't happen consistently.

I saw my doctor and that led to CT scans and then a visit to a pulmonologist a dentist and another visit back to the primary.

I'm still fatigued, though maybe a bit less so than when it was at its worst, but I've been able to do most of my regularly scheduled activities, including getting back to water aerobics, though I have to go at a considerably slower pace and needed to miss a couple of sessions due to doctor appointments.

I did manage to have one of my sons, his girlfriend and her family to Easter Dinner. The other son and daughter-in-law couldn't join us because he couldn't get the day off.

Just didn't want to stay MIA…more to come...

Two times I felt so very tired. The first time it was my thyroid, the second time, I had diabetes. I hope the doctors found the problem and that it will be something that can be remedied.
