My 5% commitment

After struggling for the last 2 months, it is time to re-commit! I have let all my teams down. That is not fair for anyone, but especially me! So here is my commitment:

Today's assignment is to list all the reasons you want to lose weight. What do you want to change? How do you want to look? How do you want to feel? What things will you be able to do in the future with a slimmer healthier body? And list all the OTHER things that you want to change!

Please put this in a blog, or on your Spark Page or record it here. The most important thing is to have a written record to remind yourself of your goals and motives. During the 56 days of this challenge it will keep you going when you remind yourself why you are doing this.


Why do I want to lose weight:
-To feel better about myself.
-To feel better.
-To be healthier.
-To lower my risk factors for type 2 diabetes.
-To lower my risk factors for my high cholesterol.
-To be sexier to my dh.
-To have more energy.

What do I want to change:
-How I feel about food.
-How I feel about myself.
-How I feel I going to fail.

How will I look:
-I want to look pretty.
-I want to not look dumpy.
-Healthy.
-More confident.

How will I feel:
-More confident.
-Healthy.
-Not so stressed about my weight.
-Pretty.

What things will you be able to do in the future with a slimmer healthier body:
-Take the stairs at work without getting winded.
-Worry less about a heart attack.
-Keep up with ds on the tennis court.

List all the OTHER things that you want to change:
-I want to change my attitude, be more positive.
-No procrastinate as much.
-How I eat.
-How I exercise.

I will commit to eating more healthy for my body and exercise more.
