I passed 31 days of consecutive cardio!!!

Without realizing it, I have managed to pass 31 consecutive days of 20 minutes or more cardio per day. Day 31 was actually this last tuesday! This last sunday, I bought a book on metbolism that was more on the biology and chemistry side, which is right up my ally with my bio/chem degree. I also got three new dvd workouts and a new pedometer, as the other one is starting to get some wear on it. I was planning to use these things as a reward for my consecutive cardio streak when i hit day 31, but i passed it without realising it a few days after buying my rewards. Meanless to say, I am enjoying my rewards today! I look forward to increasing my cardio streak even longer and I look forward to seeing how long it can get. It is starting to become a habit for me now. A few days ago, actually i think it was on tuesday, I was so tired and hadn't got in my cardio yet. I almost gave up the streak, but then I thought how far I had come and couldn't sleep until I got my cardio workout in that day! :D

    Wow, just wanted to say that I am so imrpessed. I never have tried to go more than five times in a week at a time. This is something I will attempt. So you are setting yourself at 20 minutes a day, so that is doable. Thanks for the idea. And keep going, you should be really proud of yourself!
