Spring Into Shape Bootcamp Challenge

I am starting this challenge Sunday along w/ workouts on my treadmill instead of all Walk Away The Pounds Dvd workouts. Have to do something different and get these stubborn pounds off. I am very disgusted with myself. Also watching my portions by doing the Bikini diet. Counting calories works for awhile but everyday...Not!!
I need to post more on pages and get back into the swing of things by being more accountable to my Spark Friends. Worked for me before so I do need to do this.
Just wish the weather would stay warm so I could get outside more too. I need the sunshine. Just can't wait to be working in my garden and taking walks outside.
