I reset everything...and now my stuff is all off. My Fitness minutes are higher than they should be, my goals are still the same, and now I just lost everything.
I revamped my workout schedule, so maybe I needed to start over on here as well...like a clean slate type of thing.
New fitness schedule:
Monday: 30 min of cardio and 60 min of fitness pilates
Tuesday: Cardio and PT Workout #1 (Cobras (30r, 2s), Planks (30 sec, 2s), Side Planks (30 sec, 2s), Bicycles (30r, 4s), Lunges (20r, 2s), Side Lunges (20r, 2s), Transversal Lunges (20r, 2s), and Modified Push-ups (10r, 2s))
Wednesday: 60 min Zumba!
Thursday: Cardio and PT Workout #2 (I don't remember the specifics of this one...its been awhile and the sheet is in my gym bag in the car...I will update soon)
Friday: 60 min Hatha Yoga
Saturday and Sunday: Rest!!! Or go to the gym if I feel like it.....
Now I just need to revamp my eating and follow the strategies in my last blog and I am on my way to weight loss success!!! (And a new Lulu Lemon outfit!!!!!)
