Ok, so I told you all that I've started back on this journey, well it's not going to well yet, I've gained weight, I've got bad eating habits & I need to kick it in the bud!
I am usually home alone with my lil guy, with not much to do other than take care of him and in between his naps, I get bored, so I eat, I eat things I know aren't good for me, candy, those little chocolate swiss rolls, oatmeal cream sandwiches, all sorts of no good for nothing foods, lol! I'm bad! I started doing this when I was pg with him, now I can't seem to stop!
So today, I've started writing things down that I eat, I'm going to try and be faithful and write every little thing I put into my mouth down. Maybe then I'll be able to get a handle on this eating habit! Or at least I hope!
I walk daily, 4 times a day 3/4 of a mile each way, taking my oldest son to and from school. So that's 3 miles a day! I guess I probably need to get a handle on my eating habit and also add some other exercise a little at a time.
I NEED SUPPORT!
