So I made a new goal to try and be better about logging my fitness and so far I have failed. It seems that by the time I get home in the evening (when I'm in town), take care of dinner for the family and do all that I need to do I don't spend much time on the computer. I usually log all of my food in a book during the day and online if possible during the day but I do my fitness after work so I get the food all logged in and forget to do the fitness. I'm going to continue to keep it as a focus and try to do it enough times in a row that it becomes a habit...
