The difference between thin & heavy people...

I'm an observer...love people watching & have identified some generalizations in the behaviors of thin people & the behaviors of people who struggle with their weight. Here's what I've noticed...
eat when they're hungry and don't eat their feelings - they have healthy ways of coping with feelings, stressors, etc
don't drink sugar-sweetened beverages
bring food from home to work, school, etc
when they do eat out they make healthy choices (i.e. avoid creamy sauces, fried foods, etc.)
eat reasonable portions and eat until they're satisfied not stuffed
eat a variety of wholesome foods and steer clear of processed/packaged foods
exercise daily or almost daily
watch less TV, spend less time on the computer, etc
stick to a daily routine which includes going to bed & waking up at the same time
drink a lot of water
eat at the table and not in their car, in front of the TV, on the couch....
have high self esteem and feelings of self worth
People who struggle with their weight....well you get the idea....
