DecaSlim and the Fat Flush

We took the first 4 pills of the 2 day fat flush earlier. About an hour later it sounded like we had thunderstorms in our bellies, yikes!

I think the Decaslim is working on some levels. It is definitely giving me more energy, and during the day it really seems to be curbing my appetite. Problem is, right around bedtime I am STARVING!

Going to weigh myself Friday morning, but I think I might buy a new scale first, ours is the cheapest of the cheap, and ou can't calibrate it or anything, also, since it isn't digital you can't see half pounds or anything like that.

    We're going to start over on the decaslim on Sunday. We fell off taking it, and never finished the fat flusher. We decided to start fresh with the new week.
    One thing is weird, the Decaslim wesite touts the fact that it gives you great skin, and in the week or so I took it, my skin cleared up, and then about 3 or 4 days after I stopped taking it, I broke out big time, that is for sure NOT placebo effect!
