Official Weigh In Today

Well today is my first weigh in with my doctor since I've been on this new program. Even though I've tracked my weight loss on my scale down -8 lbs since March 31st her scale reads +4 lbs more, but still looking for that -8 lbs difference regardless. 8 lbs is 8lbs no matter the start weight differential between scales. I know I did good and worked hard. My clothes are proof of all the work I've done. Just been trying to stay busy and get a lot of my exercise from house cleaning. We moved into my mother in-law house a year ago and I'm still trying to get things done. I'm weeding out her hoarding junk slowly to go unnoticed and not missed. I know all this moving and cleaning is where I've burned most of my calories. Well I'll report my results from the doctor soon. emoticon

Oh and I finally remembered to wear my pediometer today. Just the walk to my desk this morning I've made 567 steps. WOW.

    Great report from doctor and her scale read -8 lbs just like mine. WhooHoo! She said great job on not skipping meals and making good choices. Great on working out a few times a week. I also went to Curves last night and lost a few more inches. I think I lost about -5 inches, but I don't have the paper in front of me at the moment so going with that estimate for now. Well here is to another month of eat eat eat, exercise exerise exerise, and yeah and have fun! LOL. Thanks ladies for the support and Spark Friends. emoticon

    I guess the parking situation here at work is good for something then! At least it gets extra steps in!!!

    Keep it up! My scale is off by 7lbs compared to the doctor's.
    I kind of like the -7 instead of the +7. But of well. Keep up the steps;it helps. Have a great day!
