Goals

1. By the end of August, I will be under 300 lbs
2. By September 19, 2011, I will be able to wear a Size Large shirt and be comfortable doing so.
3. Weekly goal - Do some type of exercise for 45 minutes a day
4. On October 15, 2011, have done a 5K walk/run
5. Long-term goal - Lose and maintain a weight of 200 lbs by 12/31/2012 (which is my goal weight per the bariatric surgeon)

Chest from 59 to 53 -6
Waist from 60 to 52 -8
Hips from 71 to 63 -7
Upper Arm from 23.5 to 20 – 3.5
Thighs from 36 to 32.5 -3.5
Calves from 22.5 to 20 - 2.5

Total of 30.5 inches

Goal by 12/31/2011
Chest 50
Waist 48
Hips 57
Upper Arm 19
Thigh 30
Calves 18

Additional 18.5 inches by end of the year
