Easter weekend!

UGH...too much good food, not enough exercise. Certainly had fun and didn't eat any chocolate bunnies. But cupcakes and homemade bread and deviled eggs, and, and, and....

Back at it today - Yoga and 1200 calories mapped out.

I bought The Spark. I am hoping that reading it will give me the jumpstart I need.

    When we have one of those days, and we all will, often perhaps, if we identify why we overdid it -- boredom, stress, emotionally down time, etc. -- we can get back on track that much sooner. If it was a day we just said the heck with it, then we need to compensate for it over the next several days, as you are doing. Hang in there. -- Lou

    That's the way to do it, kind of hard to not be sucked in to the holiday meals, especially with little ones!
