BL Week 7

Week 7

In the beginning of this week I was still down and out and feeling less than energetic, but then I hopped on Sparkpeople and blogged about it. The responses I got were so uplifting and gave me the belief in myself that I needed to pick myself back up again. Thank you everyone!!! That is what I love about this awesome support team. To my fellow Divas: I apologize for not being active on the boards and everything lately. I hope to be more active now though. I am forcing myself to get on here RIGHT after I exercise so that I can log my exercise and interact with you all. I started my couch to 5k program yesterday and ran again this morning. I already have my route mapped out and it is a peaceful one so I can see myself continuing everyday. Let's hope that is the way it works out. Week 8 is looking very promising!!!
