100 Push Ups

After my second push up test, I decided to re-do Week 2 of the Hundred Push Ups challenge so that I was really prepared for Week 3. Instead of staying on the "easiest"--take serious note of the quotation marks!-- set though, I decided to go for the medium set.

Wow.

Talk about putting in effort!


Day 1:
Maximum Reps (for 5th Set): 13 Push ups
Total # of Push ups: 49


Day 2:
Maximum Reps (for 5th Set): 14 Push ups
Total # of Push ups: 54

Day 3:
Maximum Reps (for 5th Set): 15 Push ups
Total # of Push ups: 60

This is all going to be worth it come Week 6.
