My first day towards a 5k!! I finally got off my A$$!!

LOL, well I just want to say thank you to all the encouraging comments. You all made me believe in myself a little more than I had before. I have to say thank you to my dear husband for being my motivator this morning. Today I started my couch to 5k program again! Gosh I am so outta shape though. Last time I was running so well, I didn't realize how great my physical performance was then emoticon My goal now is to get back to running as good as I was before. No matter what though, I am proud of myself and I FEEL AMAZING!!!!! I love you all for being there for me when I needed you the most. emoticon

    I just restarted the program as well. It feels good, but I, too, realized how quickly I fell outta shape. I found some awesome podcasts that helped me through my runs. I'm looking forward to the coming weeks just so I can hear the other podcasts and see what fun music they have :) Its great to hear that you have started again. You seem positive. Keep it up. You can do it!
