Another 4 gone, 20 lbs TOTAL!!!

Wow! I am ecstatic.......elated.......ex
cited........and unbelievably happy!

I only have 10 more to go to reach my first "small goal"! I am so glad that I decided to do small goals..........it's much more realistic........and it keeps the momentum going.........

I really didn't have alot of time this week to get my workouts in...........(crazy week at work and that's a whole other blog by itself), so I felt bad about not getting them in..........now that the insanity is done, I can focus on my walking.........I am confined to the treadmill today because it is cold and rainy! I actually think that I like the treadmill better because it tells me EXACTLY how far I've walked, how many calories I've burned and how long I've been on it.........there are no questions at all............so for now, it'll do......

As I sit here reflecting on the past few weeks, I am NOT finding it hard to believe that I have lost 20 lbs in just over a month..........I have worked really hard and it is starting to pay off!

So, if you are reading this blog with thoughts of giving up.......DON'T! Just keep going.........COMMIT to the healthy lifestyle change......it will change your whole outlook on life.......trust me!

    that is great for the loss. i am looking at 10lbs in the next 5 weeks. i will go for the 10 but anything will be good.i dont see the change as fast anymore.i have to go back and look over my eating habits
