Yoplait Challenge Results...Not Good :-(

So I did the Yoplait Challenge. Okay, I started out doing the Yoplait Challenge but I deviated from the plan too much. I gained 2 lbs instead of losing 5lbs.

I'm a little disappointed but I know I did not stick to the plan like I was supposed to. In retrospect, I ate too many carbs, not enough veggies. I did great on breakfast & lunch but when it came to dinner...I was WAY off base. Some days I didn't even take in enough calories. I was also challenged with my monthy madness (ladies time) which brought unwanted malady.

Overall, I like the challenge and I think I may try it again very soon. Right now, I'm just kicking it into high gear for the remainder of the month. So when I get on the scale at the end of the month, I'd like to be back at a solid 247, which is the lowest I've gotten to since I've started.
