Oh Chris, how I've missed viewing your vlogs. It's so good to be back on SP! I love how protective of your family you are, and I understand what you mean about the surgery.

As always, I wish you the best-est of luck, buddy!

I say go for level 2. It's definitely harder, but you can do it.

CHRIS... I totally understand what you are saying!!!

In my office - like EVERYONE is doing this HCG spray crap. They have all tried to convince me to do it. Everyone is losing weight like crazy without even working out and I am killing myself just to lose 5 lbs. It is frustrating - but I keep telling myself that I want to be strong - I want muscles - I want to do this the right way and keep it off.

Don't get discouraged - because you CAN do this! I know you can :o)

I totally hear the "easy way out"... and that's what it is. You're right it's their choice, I have two sisters doing the HCG diet which irratates the ever livin' crap outta me 'cause I don't think it's safe by any means. For crying out loud they only get 500 calories a day on top of it!! Yeah I could of starved myself too I guess. But it is frustrating... seeing her drop almost 40 lbs in 5 months and it took me 9 months to lose 50. But she isn't doing anything else. I was running miles and miles... so yeah I hear ya. But what can ya do ya know? Just be an example that it can be done the heathlier(yes, it's harder) way.
I'm not sure what the "shred" is... I would either say "up" it... or add to it. You've mentioned running... maybe go out and try a mile or so.
Look forward to hearing what you decide!
