12 weeks = 12 pounds

Well, I finally did a weigh in today, been putting it off for awhile. From start to now, equals out to 12 pounds lost in the last 12 weeks. I think that is pretty good considering all the health issues that I am dealing with. Plus, I know I have not been one hundred percent faithful to the program. But I have been consistent with doing better than ever before, I am eating better overall, getting in more movement than ever before and on most days, feeling much better than usual.
This is a good thing!
Now, to keep my motivation going! Let's go Spring, I need my sunshine and walks!
