In an attempt to stay within my goal for calories over the weekend, I spent the extra time necessary to peruse the Sparkrecipes and have built my menu completely around what I found.
We are attending the Sunrise service this year, so our celebration will be a "luncheon".
After Sunday I'll blog on the success of the recipes, but they all sound really good, and different. The key is what types of fat used. Greek yogurt, olive oil etc.

Chicken and Celery Salad
Quinoa-parsley Salad
Carrot Salad
Italian Pasta and Veggie Salad
Deviled Eggs
I'm also going to have sugar free lemonade, a veggie platter, fresh berries and an angel food cake.
Planning ahead helps me stay focused.
