Start eating real food and stop eating all the tasteless, chemical laden "diet/healthy" foods. You know the ones...Special K bars, 100 calorie packs, light & fit yogurt, diet soda, etc. etc. If it comes in a box, bag or can and/or has more than 3-5 ingredients it is not doing you any favors.
