After years of warped thinking, I'm finally wrapping my brain around the fact that you have to eat to lose weight! My husband has been trying to get me to see this for years and he's happy to see that I'm finally listening.
I've always been an active person (a "gym rat" according to my husband), but not until recently did I realize how bad my metabolism was. So, I'm eating more than ever and finally losing the weight - how great is that? With 3 meals and 3 snacks, I feel like I eat all the time.
I think I've had a breakthrough - she can be taught :-)
