Evaluation Update

Yesterday, I posted an evaluation of my healthy lifestyle. I said that I was going to follow up on my plans to take care of my areas of improvement and that's just what I'm doing. This is what I've done so far...

Bought extra water bottles and labeled them (car/outings, work, home).
Bought Lara Bars, raisin boxes, and nuts. I placed them in both purses, I have some in a bag ready to go to my work, and put some in my glove box.
Bought more resealable containers for easy meals and snacks on the go.
Bought a new set of measuring spoons and cups.
Bought green tea.
Attempted to buy a jump rope/ resistance band workout set but I was not satisfied - returning it.
Made turkey lentil chili for dinners this week.

I did a lot of buying yesterday. Here are my plans...

MWFSa = Coffee TuThSu = Tea/Green Tea

Daily Motivation =
25 cents = 2o+ min workout
25 cents = tracking food
25 cents = drinking 8+ cups of water
25 cents = staying within all nutrient ranges
25 cents = each additional 15 min of exercise

- Jar and several quarters needed. - Print a daily checklist.
I want to buy Ripped in 30, maybe a gym membership, maybe a tan, ...
