I feel so much better about today! I'm still a little sore from the workout last night, but I grabbed an opportunity to walk today instead of calling for a ride, and got in 2.4 miles in about 50 minutes and there were 2 pretty good hills involved. *whew* I definitely feel that, but it just means my legs will be getting stronger and slimmer that much faster!
