Started Slow - Finished Fast!

This morning there was snow all over the ground! Went out to walk and went for about 20 minutes with the dogs.
Then I came in and decided that that was just not good enough! I did 2 more miles. Then tonight I went to Tai Chi for an hour. Now that's better and more like I want to be! So it's ok to start slow as long as you finish fast or at least finish. I am going to get this off now! emoticon
