I'm sitting here looking at my April goals and realizing it's not going well this month. I keep gaining and losing the same couple pounds so I really need to focus for the rest of the month. I've literally been 139 for so many of the last Mondays and down to 136 by Friday...repeat each week. So annoying, but it's my own fault. I've got to get a handle on the weekend.
I'm going to try and focus on this 1 week at a time. So here we go:
work out: ran 3.5 miles this morning and meeting with my trainer at 6pm
food tracked: so far, need to get in more calories tonight
~good on water, fruit and veggies
~besides these horrible cramps, doing well today
~not dwelling on the poor food choices this past weekend...
Goals for the rest of the week:
Tuesday: run 6 miles at the gym (Chicago weather is killing me!)
Wednesday: elliptical for 30 minutes then powerflex class
Thursday: boot camp
Sunday: run 6 miles (hopefully outside, but not counting on it)
Aiming for 1400-1600 calories each day, 1 new recipe, wine on Friday and Saturday only.
Gotta finish April strong!
