Had a friend over for dinner this weekend and we ate crabcakes and lots of veggies including a tossed salad, steamed squash, fried onions and wilted spinach. He loved it and so did i.

just wanted to post something to renew my commitment to Spark.

    It is a great thing to be able to have fun with friends and enjoy ourselves and be able to get back to our healthy life style as normal as breathing is that relax aproach that will get you going for life.
